We ship to all Australian locations and use varying shipping methods depending on your location. Our shipping suppliers include Toll, Australia Post, Fastway, Star Track Express and DHL.

Items are shipped within 5 business days of order and payment completion to most areas and up to 10 business days for regional locations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 100 grams.

Express shipping
For items required urgently please email us your order number and leave a comment when placing the order via the contact us page. A custom shipping price will be calculated and communicated to you for acceptance. Once approved, your item will be packed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment completion.
